This video is about THE DREAM - Can You Hear Me Howlin.
In 1966 a psychedelic rock band is formed in Tiel, under the name Mother's Love.
The musicians were Floris Kolvenbach (guitar), John van Buren (organ, piano), Rini Wikkerink (guitar), John van Buren (drums) and Jan van Doesburg (bass guitar).
Who latter is replaced by Rob Heuff in 1967.
They release two singles: Raise the sails / Saint without glory and Highway to heaven / Lady from the ballroom.
One year later an album, Take one, is released.
The album doesn't sell well and the name of the band is changed into Dream.
With this new name another single is released in 1968, The doting king / Expert jump out.
This time the band is more succesful.
They play concerts with Pink Floyd. In the mean time they change drummers, newcomer is Karel Zwart.
Dream In 1969 another single is released, Rebellion / The monarchy, in the same year there is also a new bass player, Edgar Swanenburg. The band is invited to play at the Kralingen festival in 1970, and is invited to play at the first edition of Pinkpop.
They also perform on tv, for over an hour in the program Dit is het begin, where they perform parts of the rock-opera The peacock and the rat.
In 1971 saw the release of their third single Can you hear me howlin' / Still alive. In 1972 the band ends.
Starting in 1982, Rini Wikkerink, John van Buren and Rob Heuff play together in a band called Waterland.
Floris Kolvenbach starts a new project in 1974, called Mirakel. The same year a single is released En jij / Peter weet het beter (Negram NG 449). He makes a solo single in 1976: Schizofreen / Kleine Gartmanplantsoen (EMI 5C 006-25376).
And then in 1977 starts the experimental formation Metal Voices together with Charles Schutters (bass guitar), Ferry Wouda (drums) and Jos Jaspers (guitar). With this band he also releases a single in 1980: The way you boogie / At the banks of the river (Philips 6017 027).
In 1994 he releases the album A journey from Europe to the common world. At the present Kolvenbach plays in a band called The Lacions.

The Dutch underground rock-scene of the late ‘60s and early ‘70s is laden with lost and forgotten treasure, but the music of the Dream — and their earlier incarnation Mother’s Love — is among the most precious of these glimmering artifacts. Perhaps because the Dream released only three singles in their heyday, their music has not yet received the acclaim it deserves. We at Pseudonym now attempt to rectify that situation with Rebellion, a comprehensive anthology of rare and previously unreleased recordings by the Dream and Mother’s Love.
All tracks on the album have been dynamically remastered from the original tapes, Rebellion features all six of the group’s single-sides, including the breathtaking psychedelic monster The Doting King and the Hammond-powered rocker Rebellion (Can I Ask You One More Question). These acclaimed tracks are joined by the cream of Mother’s Love’s output, and twelve exceptional unissued numbers recorded between 1967 and 1971. The gatefold sleeve / booklet features rare photos and full liner notes based on an interview with band leader Floris Kolvenbach. The music on Rebellion is irrefutable proof that the Dream were among the most original and creative bands to come out of the Netherlands in the 1960s.

Hurricane Chris (rapper)
Christopher Dooley, Jr. (born March 7, 1989), better known by his stage name Hurricane Chris, is an American rapper from Shreveport, Louisiana.
His debut single, "A Bay Bay" was released on May 28, 2007. The song became a top ten hit single. On October 23, 2007, Chris released his debut album 51/50 Ratchet, which debuted at number 24 on the US Billboard 200. On December 21, 2009, Chris's second album Unleashed was released, preceded by two singles "Halle Berry (She's Fine)" and "Headboard".
Early life
Christopher Dooley, Jr. was born on March 7, 1989, in Shreveport, Louisiana. Dooley attended Huntington High School, and then he would dropped out of school to begin pursuing his music career.

On May 28, 2007, Chris released his debut single, titled "A Bay Bay", with the production handling by Phunk Dawg.
On August 8, 2007, he then released his second single for his debut album, titled "The Hand Clap". Phunk Dawg handled the production on this song; the same producer, who did the work on Chris' commercially successful debut single "A Bay Bay".

Howlin' Wolf
Chester Arthur Burnett (June 10, 1910 – January 10, 1976), known as Howlin' Wolf, was an African-American Chicago blues singer, guitarist and harmonica player, originally from Mississippi. With a booming voice and looming physical presence, he is one of the best-known Chicago blues artists. Musician and critic Cub Koda noted, "no one could match Howlin' Wolf for the singular ability to rock the house down to the foundation while simultaneously scaring its patrons out of its wits." Producer Sam Phillips recalled, "When I heard Howlin' Wolf, I said, 'This is for me. This is where the soul of man never dies'". Several of his songs, such as "Smokestack Lightnin'", "Back Door Man", "Killing Floor" and "Spoonful" have become blues and blues rock standards. In 2004, Rolling Stone magazine ranked him number 51 on its list of the "100 Greatest Artists of All Time".
Early life
Howlin' Wolf was born on June 10, 1910, in White Station, Mississippi, near West Point. He was named Chester Arthur Burnett, after Chester A. Arthur, the 21st president of the United States. His physique garnered him the nicknames Big Foot Chester and Bull Cow as a young man: he was 6 feet 3 inches (191 cm) tall and often weighed close to 275 pounds (125 kg). He explained the origin of the name Howlin' Wolf: "I got that from my grandfather", who would often tell him stories about the wolves in that part of the country and warn him that if he misbehaved then the "howling wolves would get him". Paul Oliver wrote that Burnett once claimed to have been given his nickname by his idol Jimmie Rodgers.

Floris Kolvenbach starts a new project in 1974, called Mirakel. The same year a single is released En jij / Peter weet het beter (Negram NG 449). He makes a solo single in 1976: Schizofreen / Kleine Gartmanplantsoen (EMI 5C 006-25376).
And then in 1977 starts the experimental formation Metal Voices together with Charles Schutters (bass guitar), Ferry Wouda (drums) and Jos Jaspers (guitar). With this band he also releases a single in 1980: The way you boogie / At the banks of the river (Philips 6017 027).
In 1994 he releases the album A journey from Europe to the common world. At the present Kolvenbach plays in a band called The Lacions.
